Refund & Returns Policy – R-Appliances

At R-Appliances, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your appliance, this Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.

1. Return Window

Our return period lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the item is covered under its manufacturer warranty.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused or in like-new condition.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Used, heavily handled, installed, or damaged appliances cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Opened or used personal-care appliances (e.g., electric shavers, grooming devices)
  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
  • Custom-ordered or special-order appliances
  • Installed appliances that show signs of usage

4. Defective or Damaged Products

We only replace or refund items if they are defective on arrival or damaged during delivery.

If your appliance arrives damaged or faulty:

  1. Take photos/videos of the issue
  2. Email us within 48 hours at infos@r-appliances.com
  3. Include your order number and a description of the problem

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on product condition and stock availability.

5. Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item shows signs of installation or use
  • Packaging is missing or damaged
  • Accessories or parts are missing
  • The return is requested after 30 days but still within a reasonable timeframe
  • The item is not in its original condition due to reasons not caused by R-Appliances

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are automatically issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • If the refund does not appear, first check your bank account, then contact your bank or card issuer as processing times may vary.

7. Sale Items

Only regularly priced appliances may be refunded.
Sale, clearance, or discounted items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

8. Gift Purchases

  • If your item was marked as a gift, a store credit for the value of the return will be issued upon receipt.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be returned to the original purchaser.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.

Large Appliance Returns

For large appliances (refrigerators, ovens, washers, dryers, etc.):

  • Pickup may be arranged depending on your location
  • A pickup fee may apply
  • Items must be disconnected and prepared for transport

Recommended

For high-value appliances, we recommend using:

  • A trackable shipping service
  • Shipping insurance

We cannot guarantee receipt of items that do not arrive.
